Q: I got pulled over and when everything was done I got hone and read the ticket it said I was going 45 in a 50
When I got pulled over the officer said I was doing 45 in a 30 but when I got home and read the ticket it says I was doing 45 in a 50 which isn’t speeding. What should I do?
A: If the speed zone is 30 mph, then the Court will allow the State to simply state that for an amendment. Act respectful in Court and politely inform the DA or Judge of the speed zone on the Citation.
