Q: How to recover money lends to a family member!

My father lends money to his brother for build a new house and the amount was more than 10lakh because my grandfather told him to do so my father withdrawal his maturity from bank and lend them money after that they refused to gave it back. And when we asked them to repayment they said that that money given by grandfather not him and my grandfather recently died! So being a son can i sue them?

A: I don't quite follow the fact pattern. But, regarding your right to sue, this is something you will need to take to an attorney in your State who will be able to better determine the facts and whether or not you have a cause of action.
