Q: found out police officer lied in sworn affidavit for felony warrent and again in official investigstion after plea deal

state filed MTR to adjudicate guilt. court appointed attny withdrew for conflict of interest. proceeded pro se and was provided the case files from Private investigator which showed not only did officer lie in sworn affidavit for felony arrest warrent but also lied in her investigation stating I was a multiple convicted felon in texas including one for burglary when I had no prior felony convictions in this state or any other. The officer also was provided information from a state officer that the citation claiming a city ordinance violation for no permit was invalid when I had a permit issued from the state which has a statute codefied tht no city ordinances can prohibit the exercise of the issued permit making the charge fruit from a poisionous tree. I filed a Writ of habeas corpus TCCP11.072 which the court dismissed as frivioulous. Then I filed a notice of appeal which has yet to be declaired perfected by the 4th COA. I dont know what or where to go from here. Please help
