Q: A friend of my boyfriend offered to take my puppy to the vet and now won't return him

I found him that morning in the living ro they all got out side some how and he was hurt. I didn't know how but he look like he'd been in a fight or hit by a car . I have 5 of them he was only one hurt. Now the man says I did it and he's not returning him. What can I do my puppies are my world I'd never hurt the he mad at me cause I told him I was turning Jim in for dealing drugs aong te ago
