Redding, CA asked in Criminal Law for California

Q: can I take myself off of a restraining order that someone else added me onto?

My mom filed a restraining order on my bf& also added me on it without my knowledge or consent. I’ve already contacted him and I didn’t know until now. Is it possible to remove myself?
