Can I Have All Dates To Say (January 01 2020) Regarding The Date Of The Course Of Action That Occurred Although It Was Not Filed On That Date. Im To File One Soon But I Couldn't File One Because Of My C-PTSD PTSD Or (My Story). Can All Date Say January 01 2021 Or Be Put In The Quiet Title Or Does That Regard A Different Court Trial.

A: This verbal word salad will get you nowhere except an eviction or a trespass conviction. If you can’t name the five elements of adverse possession and explain how you meet them, you need a lawyer. If you can’t afford a lawyer, you can’t afford the property. The state may pay for your lawyer in the criminal trespass case, but not to defend your title. Reciting the mantra “adverse possession” is bupkis. And, it cannot be first raised orally at trial; it must be properly pled.
