There are more details that I have not mentioned regarding the entire incident and things following.A couple of years ago while driving on the freeway I ran out of gas. I contacted California Highway Patrol to inform them that I had help coming on the way and I needed no assistance. An officer showed up Andrew his weapon on me. He wanted me to walk backwards with my hands up inside of a tunnel and I refused. I had committed no crime committing any crime. When the person came to bring me gas he ordered that individual to leave so that he and I could be alone. When the individual refused to leave because he knew the officer with assassinate me we told the officer to call his superiors. His superiors came to the scene and said the reason why he drew his weapon because he was in fear for his life. My civil rights were violated in this officer use the use of force against me.
