Q: Went to my ex-wife's house last night to get my stuff to find out that she had thrown my uncle and my fathers ashes out

A: You may have a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress, however if you left them there (as opposed to being locked out from them), then that may attrit your rights. Suggest you contact a member of the CAOC--they give free consults.
