Serial No. 87074519 Reg No. 5247609. Trademark Name: 'Wild Kitchen' - Goods & Services: Petfood and Pet Treats. Our Trademark will be the Company Name registered here in New Zealand. We will be trading under another name 'Real Wild'. What is our situation with allowance of this and any risk of challenges from the existing registrant? Any other challenges we may face. Our Intellectual Property office states that the Trademark is available in our territory but for export to the USA we want to check this challenge out please.
