If you're talking about a situation where the case is still pending, your lawyer has the discovery. He or she can and should go over it with you, but you don't get your own copy unless the judge is willing to order it.
Otherwise, if the case is over, the only other method I am aware of is a Freedom of Information Act request of the police agency in question.
