A: More information is needed to respond to your question including the nature of the liens, when the liens were recorded, against whom the liens were recorded. Since your post implies probate or a succession has not occurred to transfer something which could have been transferred 20 years ago, I highly recommend that you contact a succession attorney to discuss your options and how to proceed.
