Loudon, TN asked in Criminal Law for Tennessee

Q: I am on misdemeanor probation and was admitted the beginning of last week into a 72-hour crisis unit due to trauma recov

I was evaluated by psychiatrist yesterday morning they said I was not well the meds they put me on at the stabilization unit did not go through the pharmacy electronically I wasn't able to ever take them since I was discharged the doctor thinks that is part of the problem however I have faced since being discharged abuse and other issues and the psychiatrist automatically referred me back to the CSU to be admitted tomorrow and I had probation appointment last week when I was in CSU and they rescheduled it for this Thursday and now I'm going to be admitted again and I had no idea. My question is will my PO issue me a warrant or put me in jail when I have a feeling I'm front with him last week and called ahead of time and I plan to do the same thing this week. I'm just worried because within 2 weeks this is admitted me twice it is beyond my control there is plenty documentation that I am in the facility my PO can get record

A: Call the PO today, or better, go see him. In fact I would make the Probation appointment over the treatment. Mental treatment will not be as important as not going to jail.
