Q: If I’m contracted by a sight management team hired by the city and one of their vehicles injured me who can I sue

Multiple contracted company’s working for a bigger company hired by the city. By cutting corners truck spotters we’re not used and I was injured because of this.

A: Pursue workers compensation against your employer. For a personal injury claim, sue anyone who isn't your employer and who is responsible for the vehicle, the vehicle's driver, and job site safety. There can be issues of "special employment" where you might be considered the employee of someone who doesn't actually pay your wages, but that is something your attorney will worry about.
