Officer stated he observed that I had my head down and was using my cell phone.
Cell provider records show no calls or texts were made immediately, before I was pulled over. I present this record of evidence that the ticket was issued in error and should be dismissed. (See Exh 1a & 1b Attachments – Cell Phone/Texting Records).
