Q: Is it better to go ahead and get my drug and alcohol assessment early or should I wait for D.A. or DFACS

Arrested-1/23/22 Released Property Bond 1/26/22 Arrest by: Banks County Sheriff's Department

No Prior Arrests

Charges - State of GA

Possession of Methamphetamine

Possession of Schedule 2 - Morphine

Possession of Schedule 4- Diazepam

Possession of Drug Related Objects

DFACS was called and my 11 year old daughter is now with her Dad. According to the supervisor at DFACS, I didn't lose custody but for her safety, she will be with him until further notice.

I have been to residential treatment twice.

2003- completed 8 week program Lavonia, Ga

2008-completed 18 months at program Lavonia, Ga

Client at Alliance Recovery Center (Medication Assisted Treatment)
