Spring Valley, CA asked in Car Accidents and Small Claims for California

Q: Witness submitted a false statements.

I was involved in accident in CA with no injuries, the street where the accident occurred is has a middle lane the two yellow lanes.I was inside the middle lane when the accident occurred.I was there with the other driver and a person across the street with 0% visibility of the accident site which I ignored and didn't talk with him while the other driver did. After filing the case with the insurance company. the insurance company was able to reach the witness one month later and closed the case based on his statement on the same day of the call. They ignored the images of the accident, they talked with witness and the witness provided a false information.I have a video from my dash cam showing the witness place during the accident that I haven't shown to the insurance, and that video100% prove the witness had 0% view. The information from the witness either from the other driver or from the insurance agent

Should I:

Re-contact the insurance

lawsuit the company and or the witness
