Q: I was in an accident, and the citation has lots of incorrect information. For example my birthday is off by 20 years.
My age is written incorrectly, I do not believe the statute number does not exist, and I also believe the officer was supposed to write down the vin number to my vehicle. There was also another section that was not filled out.
A: With that many major screw ups, your traffic court lawyer can probably get you out of this.

A: Even with all of those errors, you can still be convicted if the officer testifies at your and identifies you as the one who committed the violation----that said, your showing the error could impact the officer's credibility. I recommend contacting a traffic ticket attorney or two and discussing your goals and option and then hiring one one if you believe that is in your best interests. Good luck.
