Q: time waiver expired and someone appeared via video and waived my rights but it wasnt me what should i do?

time waiver was feb7 + 10court dates i wasnt allowed in court on feb 7 and was told feb22 was my next court date and wasnt allowed because i had a fever then when i looked at minutes it showed that i agree to appear via video conference and waive my rights to be present infront of a judicial officer which i never knew and didnt gave anyone permission to do such a thing or no one asked my permission to be represented that day and the court gave another time waiver that day and was told that afternoon by the pd that my next court date was march 23 and never mentioned anything about my supposedly video appearance that day...what should i do about this?

if you are in court you either hired a private lawyer or a public defender was appointed for you..........that is the person you should ask..........and probably the person who appeared for you.
