Canyon Country, CA asked in Personal Injury for California

Q: Will someone please take my case I have all the emails and text messages as proof

i had applied for a program to help domestic violence victims get dental work done that were caused by thier abuser, i was accepted, i went to the dentest for a Consultation and a few weeks later i receved a call saying the were going to do a full mouth restore, i agreed and they started the work by pulling 10 of my bottom teeth, i was ok with this because they were doing a all on 4 mouth restore. a few weeks later i get a call asking if i would be willing to have my story aired on tv, i agreed. when they were not able to get the story on tv they fitted me with denturs that didnt fit properly, and i never heared back from them, when i went in to have the dentures fixed, i was told the only way i could wear a bottom denture was by doing a bone graft, but it very expensive, if the oeignal dentest had not pulled all my teeth i would have been ableto attach a partial plate on my botton denture. now i have no way of fixng my teeth can i sue the dentest for damages

A: If you pay a lawyer on an hourly you will find a lawyer.

Otherwise most med Mal lawyers do not want a case worth less than a million.

There is currently a limit of $250k probably being raised to $350k Plus loss of earnings.

A: You may have a claim for dental malpractice, and should contact a malpractice lawyer right away.
