He told me do not contact any lawyers don't do anything he will take care of it okay because of that it's been 15 years anytime I asked for him ask him a question because the house needs repairs because I haven't changed it I have never been able to repair anything I told him I don't wanna be here with the house crumbling around me and I just wanna get it in my name and I'm scared because it's been so long

after 15 yrs you may have an issue of having waited too long.............unless you can show fraud which does not have a statute of limitations.
