Q: After a record is approved to be sealed and destroyed how long will it still be visible on a federal background check?

with covid all the courts are behind on everything..........
i assume being in aero space you would have retained a lawyer to accomplish this.
this is too important to do on your own.
that lawyer the person that should be asked.
