Atlanta, GA asked in Criminal Law for Georgia

Q: How much would it be to run pending charges with the sentance currently serving? Or just putting court date off?

He was locked up last November on for hunting without license and convicted felon with firearm. (The gun was found 40 yards away) well when he got aressted that violated his probation in paulding county! Well paulding wouldn't come get him due to Corona so when he got a bond he was to keep in touch with paulding bc he had to turn himself in. Time came he turned himself into paulding and they ended up sending him to the paulding probation detention center. He's wanting to run the pending hunting charges with the sentance he's currently serving or just putting the court date off until March 9 2023 when he's released bc if he has to leave the rsat program to come to court they will tack on more time. I have $3,000 cash now
