Q: What kind of immigrant visa should we file for if we have no family in US?

We are family of 4, two babies aged 8 month and girl aged 3 years. My husband is 31 and I'm 24. We curently live in Croatia and own our own company here. Right now we are working on our plans to move to California. In San Jose, CA, we have alot of friends. They are ready to file affidavit of support for us, and they earn enough money to do that. Also we are coming with deacent amount of money for living before we find a job and daycare for babies. We want to work and live there. We did found some houses and are activly searching for a job. What kind of visa do we need to file? Are we doing our part of visa application first, or our friends first do their part with form affidavit of support? Since they are not family what kind of visa we apply for? What are they checking on medical exam? Can we enrole our kids in daycare. Thank you for your time
A: Explore the possibility of obtaining an E2 investor visa. If you invest in a business, and can establish that the cash flow from that business can support you and your family members, then you all can stay in the United States indefinitely by renewing the E2 visa every two years.
