Q: If I got a ticket to apear at a court from a Comanche nation casino in Oklahoma for cds charge but was not arrested

I left a makeup bag at a slot machine they found and went through I had not a few grams ofeth and some unprescribed meth what can I do to avoid prison time

A: Remember that the Comanche Nation is just that, it is a seperate nation from the US. Whether or not they will try to have you brought to thier nation, is a guess. If it were a US state, you would have a problem. Because it is an Indian nation, they would have to ask the US and/or your state to extradite you.

If you plan on going back to the Comanche Nation, you would be arrested if you were found or stopped by Nation police.

I have read the Comanche Nation Criminal procedures and did not see any rules of requesting someone from the US to be brought to the Comanche Nation. Unless there is a rule and agreement with your state or the US, they will not be able to arrest you for the Nation.
