Asked in Civil Litigation for California

Q: I have been locked out if my Google account without explanation. I have tried to contact Google in everyway to no avail.

Google has NO email, phone, chat or other way of being contacted. I contacted an expert. He gave me an alternative way to contact Google that is virtually unknown and possibly disabled. I've now tried that twice (see the message below). I have my life's work under that Google account. Every indicator is that Google is to BIG to sue. Is that true?

My message to Google:

"I log into my account with password . I'm then asked for a 2nd verification . The ONLY option I'm given is to verify through my google phone number linked to my google account , so that's not possible . The my other options that I set up for verification , a ) my recovery email ( xxx ) , and b ) to answer security questions I setup for recovery , are NOT offered . My life's work is in Google files . Please help ! At least use my other recovery options".

A: No company is "too big" to sue.
