Vista, CA asked in Medical Malpractice for California

Q: is there a case here?

I've been with my wife for over 10 years most of which she struggled with depression. But over the last five years in particular she switched a new doctor. And ever since medical issue or hospital visit, with the exception of a broken arm from skateboarding has been a risk of side effects from psych medication. Everything from hearing and vision loss, skin conditions, oversleeping, trouble breathing, heart palpitations and that's just to name a few. And with every adverse affect an adjustment of dosage until that leads to another adverse effect and then she the medication it almost seems experimental and negligent due to the severity of the side effects and the long-term health problems that they are causing
