What would be my options for further pushing a matter against a officer who pulled me over 3x , 3rd time was a house away from my house at a stop sign. And they impounded my car. The stop initially being for my tinted windows altho all windows were down nd front window wasnt visible coming from the left side of me being im at a stop sign signaling to go rite. The officer had pulled me over 2times before, this 3rd time he actually reached into my window bending my fingers to yank keys from hand while im asking him to please stop. And then after impounding my car cited me but wen I called court house they had no record of my ticket # or even a court date fr me. And so I basically lost my car for just harassment it seems I'm not sure if this is grounds to file a formal issue of harassment and wrongful use of police conduct.

A: It would depend on the facts and circumstances surrounding the stops. Given the frequency of stops, you should speak with a local attorney immediately. [I litigate cases.
