San Ramon, CA asked in Civil Litigation for California

Q: limited civil case in CA, what is the proper legal objection to form interrogatories served on DISC-001 instead of -004

Plaintiff propounded a total of 57 discovery requests for a limited civil case in CA. This includes 20 form interrogatories propounded on the wrong form (Disc-001 vs Disc-004) Disc-001 interrogatories selected all have subparts. I have found what code to object regarding unlimited cases but can't find the legal standing to object to the 22 excess discovery requests as well as objecting to the subparts

A: Limited civil cases place limits on the number of discovery requests a party can make. Speak with a local attorney. [I litigate cases.
