Q: In the state of KY, if a person is convicted of a felony & given state time... does that state time override county time
My friend got a 9 year sentence which is up on November 1. He also had a misdemeanor charge where he was given 365 days to pull. Will he still have to pull that 365 days after the 9 year sentence or will the 9 years kill out that 365?
