Q: How long after receiving a car insurance claim check do I have to make the repairs?
I received my claim check end of 21’ or early 22’ and I am disabled and unable to get it repaired until now and the check is not enough to cover the repairs.

The issue could be raised that the newly discovered damages materialized after the PD adjuster's examination of the vehicle back in late 2021/early 2022.
