A: Prison. Speak with a local attorney. [I litigate cases. Anything posted here must not be construed as legal advice, nor as grounds for forming an attorney-client relationship. You should seek an attorney for formal legal advice and representation.]

A: a lawyer needs to evaluate a case and that requires more info.

it is like asking a doctor over the phone for med advice without exam, xrays, history etc

ie, what is your prior record? for what are you on probation? how long ago? same court?

either retain a lawyer or request a public defender who can evaluate all the evidence and provide an intelligent answer.........but sounds like Prison..........
