Q: Help! I have a misdemeanor charge for theft under 1,000 along with my husband who also has a traffic ticket case too.
I missed my court date by oversleeping and now I’m scared. My husband has to pay $650 for restitution and the problem is over but we missed showing up and I don’t know what to do. My husband will be paid tomorrow morning and we plan to pay the restitution but I don’t want to go to jail or do time. I couldn’t even handle 8 hours… let alone 10 days in there… please me and my husband out. We just want to pay and drop it..
