Q: What does decertified from federal intercept mean?

Last week the non custodial parent was Behind $2000. I looked today and it has the decertified from federal intercept in the case activity and I’m arrears it’s 0.

A: Most likely they seized the $2,000 for his taxes which satisfied the arrearage. Since there was no remaining arrearage, the claim has been decertified meaning they will no longer intercept his taxes.
