A: If you are a US green card holder and you have filed an immigration case for your spouse, it can be frustrating to not hear any updates on your case. Here are some steps you can take:

Check your case status online: You can check the status of your immigration case online through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website. If the status has not changed since February 19, 2022, it is possible that there may be delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other reasons.

Contact USCIS: If you are concerned about the delay in your case, you can contact USCIS to inquire about the status. You can call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 or submit an online inquiry through the USCIS website.

Consult with an immigration lawyer: If you are still unable to get information about your case, you may want to consider consulting with an immigration lawyer who can help you understand the status of your case and what steps you can take. An immigration lawyer can also help you with any necessary paperwork or documentation that may be required.

It is important to note that the immigration process can be complex and may involve long wait times. It is important to be patient and persistent in following up on your case.
