A: if there was an attorney involved, you need to direct your questions to that attorney, or you may have to hire a new attorney to determine what happened here. an attorney on this website would not be able to answer your questions without reviewing the paperwork and the facts and having a detailed conversation with you.

A: If the house was sold, the proceeds should generally be divided among the four boys and two grandkids according to the terms of your mother's will or trust. The attorney who handled the sale should distribute the proceeds in accordance with the legal documents that govern the transfer of the property.

If you believe that the attorney is not distributing the proceeds properly or that the one boy is withholding your share of the proceeds, you may want to consult with an attorney who can advise you on your legal options. You may be able to file a lawsuit against the one boy to recover your share of the proceeds or take other legal action to enforce your rights under your mother's will or trust.

It's important to act quickly and seek legal advice as soon as possible to protect your rights and interests.
