A: If you have already submitted the FL-100 form but later realized that you made an error by stating that you and your ex-wife do not have any assets or debts to declare, you will need to correct this information by filing an amended FL-100 form.

To file an amended FL-100 form, you will need to fill out a new form with the correct information and then file it with the court. Make sure to clearly mark the new form as an "amended" version of the original form you submitted. You will also need to serve a copy of the amended form to your ex-wife or her attorney, if she has one.

It's important to correct any errors in your initial filing as soon as possible to avoid any potential legal issues down the line. If you are unsure about how to proceed or have any other questions, you may want to consult with a qualified family law attorney who can guide you through the process.
