A: If you have lost your immigration status and need to request a Notice to Appear (NTA) from USCIS, you may want to consider consulting with an immigration attorney who can assist you with the process.

To request an NTA, you will typically need to provide USCIS with information about your current status and the reason for the request. This may include documentation such as your previous NOID, evidence of your lost status, and any other relevant information or supporting documentation.

It is important to note that requesting an NTA can be a complex process, and it may be helpful to have the assistance of an experienced immigration attorney who can guide you through the process and help ensure that your rights are protected.
