A: When submitting Form I-485 after being granted asylum and receiving a new I-94, you should include the new I-94 information on your application. The new I-94 reflects your current status in the United States and should be used to provide accurate and up-to-date information on your application.

It may be helpful to review the instructions for Form I-485 carefully and to consult with an experienced immigration attorney if you have any questions or concerns about the application process. An attorney can help ensure that your application is complete and accurate, and can provide guidance on any issues that may arise during the process.

A: In applying for adjustment of status, you need to reveal the information contained on your most recent I-94.
