A: If you believe your dog was injured while at the groomers, you may have legal options available to you. Here are some steps you can take:

Get your dog medical attention: If your dog is injured, take them to the vet immediately to get medical attention. Be sure to keep all medical records and receipts related to the treatment.

Document the incident: Take pictures of your dog's injuries and write down the details of what happened, including the date, time, and location of the incident. Collect any relevant information, such as the name of the groomer who worked on your dog.

Contact the groomer: Contact the groomer and explain what happened. Ask them to provide an explanation and documentation for the injury.

Consider legal action: If you believe that the groomer was responsible for your dog's injuries, you may want to consider legal action. Consult with an attorney who specializes in animal law to understand your legal options.

It is important to act quickly and decisively if you believe that your dog was injured at the groomers. Be sure to keep all documentation related to the incident, and take action to protect your pet and your legal rights.
