A: In a situation where you have been involved in an accident and there is a dispute about fault, it's essential to consult with an attorney who specializes in personal injury or car accident cases. They will be able to provide you with specific advice based on the details of your case and the laws in your jurisdiction.

Regarding the video evidence you mentioned, if you believe it supports your claim that the other driver ran a red light and collided with you while you were turning on a yellow light, it could be valuable evidence to present in court. Your attorney can help you evaluate the strength of this evidence and advise you on its potential impact on your case.

Regarding the airbags in the U-Haul truck not deploying, it's best to contact the insurance company associated with the truck or speak with your attorney to discuss any implications it may have. They can provide guidance on how to proceed and whether it may be relevant to your case.

Remember, it's important to seek professional legal advice to understand the specific laws and regulations applicable to your situation. An attorney will be able to guide you through the legal process and represent your interests effectively.

A: I hope that everyone involved in the accident was okay. With the other side leaving in an ambulance, it is likely that they may move forward with an injury claim afterwards. In that case, your insurance company will probably be very interested in reviewing that video in close detail. Good luck
