Q: Optional add-ons were added to my vehicle financing contract without my consent
I requested for them to be removed i called the finace company and they said they were removed shouldnt my loan be less .. arent they violating the consumer protection law
A: Call the finance company again and ask them for a new disclosure statement, with the loan recast based on the reduced amount that you have borrowed.
