Q: Q: City of Shreveport illegally demolished my home without due process, Risk management claim filed, now referred to HGI
I was harassed by the code enforcement agent, who kept going inside my private property, inside the house and he promised the neighbors next door, that he will get my property and the property across the street demolished, because the neighbor has disrespecting the entire area. The code enforcement agent is friends with the next door neighbor of the property and he told them that my property was the city property, and he promised to demolition both houses, because the neighbor is friends or related to the neighbor.
The property was demolished with notice and due process and I filed the claim in Risk management, the was investigated and the claim has been referred to the City of Shreveport, Hammerman and Garnier Agency, I have a adjuster and I'm looking for a lawyer to get me full compensation for this
