Q: Mother blocked me on telephone when I’m court ordered to have her direct phone contact.
I am the paternal aunt with full custody and the mother has every other weekend visitation. She is court ordered to keep all utilities on and to provide me a direct contact phone number otherwise forfeit visitation. I just found out she blocked me on her phone and wanted to know if I could withhold visitation this coming weekend. Can I just not have him available for pickup and send her an email stating until she unblocks me she is not going to see him?
