Q: What can I do if a service department at a dealership negligence causes me to drive off in a (dangerous condition) car?
My car was in an accident and they had it for repairs. They pieced together my fender wrong, part of my fender was in my engine bay, and my fender was misaligned and not bolted in properly. Alignment was never done and rear wheel bent backwards, wheel bearing had alot of play labeling it Dangerous condition and that dealership let me drive the car off the lot saying everything was fixed and done. Now claiming in the 4 days I had it back I must have done something to it. Now I have to pay out of pockets for all repairs.
