Q: How long can a person be in jail before being arraigned?
Aug 27,2024 my husband was arrested in Alcorn county for no driver's license and refusal to DiII test witch he was never asked to. At 10 am or so. I bonded him out but then he was sent to Lee county . They said he had a familiar to appear from a charge that violated his parole in 2022. The said his court was Sept 23, 2023 less than a month after he got home. His parole officer didn't know about it. He was let off parole in April this year he has a good job well did who knows now. I'm very ill and I need him. He was going n his way to work when this occurred. Without him I'm not able to really eat and I'm now homeless. With my condition it could be fatal.
