Q: Past due rent. Mostly paid off /w biweekly money orders. Down to $937. Landlord refused Western Union. Court date 9/23.
I sent $300 yesterday, with a promise of the remaining $637 Friday morning. After I sent the Western Union payment, she sent an email basically saying she didn't want to find a location to pick up the money. She wants the remaining balance by Friday. I'm now waiting for the canceled payment to be redeposited into my account. (5-7 business day expectation). All proof of payment & email conversion saved. What can I do if I can't pay in full on Friday morning. [I live in a trailer park. I own the house & rent the land]. Thanks
