Q: Married woman have multiple affair and for catching red hand with another men in her home. She filed an FIR against me
Married woman have multiple affair and for catching red hand with another men in her home. She filed an FIR against me. Even she built a illegal relationship with me and now it has led to police case.
In one incident she brought her family members to my home and attacked and injured me very badly leading to swollen face and loss of blood from different parts of body.
Now after 2 weeks of incident she had filed police case stating different sections like sections 75, 76, 329(3),115(2),352,351(2) .
Kindly help me how to come out of this FIR. I am a student of 28 years old preparing for police recruitment.
