Manassas, VA asked in Criminal Law

Q: I don't have a lawyer yet( but investigations has proven I am being framed and have been set up )

I have found evidence tampering with my PC, and "re-created my bank statements and "re directing my pension funds, IRS deposits, and planting evidence on my computer, my house etc and more) I don't have a lawyer(yet) but lie to know if the evidence Ihave is worth taken tin for prosecutorial misconduct, or do I have to go to trial first. As these people seem to control the mail,, deliveries, FED-EX etc and even my doctor's office, and persuaded them to set me up. For instance while going to a medical test the clerk indicated I had to "sign" permission for treatment. Anxious and unsuspecting i did so. But after talking to one of employees I was told that was not for people taking radiology test but for treatment. This happened in dental office as well.Is there a Federal agency that handles fraudentl submission of information ?
