Q: What to do if you are accused of being unlawfully at large after a recall you weren’t notified about?
Boyfriend was apparently meant to have been recalled back in august but no police come out nor had he received any letter/call about any attempt to recall/arrest him and he got arrested 3 months later at the airport after and he had just came back form holiday. His license had expired 6 days before he was arrested for the recall. He’s got a video call with liverpool crown court tomorrow and he doesn’t know why. How can he prove that he didn’t know about the recall and didn’t receive any letters or have and vist from the police and wasn’t intentionally avoiding being arrested?
