Q: Seeking Legal Assistance for Guardianship, Name Change, LLC, Trust, and 501(c)(3) Church Incorporation

Hello! My name is soon to be Oracle, and my 12-year-old son has a $50,000 life insurance policy from his late father, and I need to establish financial guardianship. I plan to put the money into a dynasty trust in South Dakota, which will own an LLC and a Real Estate Limited Partnership (RELP) to purchase land for our 501(c)(3) church. This church will generate income through various streams. I also need help with my name change, ensuring it’s sealed. Additionally, I need to complete forms in Texas for my friend to become the guardian of my children if something happens to me. My charity, the Venus Fund, will partner with funeral homes to support women who have lost their husbands and help anyone who can prove an injustice. Lone Star Legal was full and couldn’t assist. I seek a lawyer to be my co-trustee and trust protector. My income is from Social Security benefits. If you can help or know someone who can,
